If someone is in trouble
- Unresponsive, or can't be woken by shouting or a firm shoulder squeeze
- Slow, shallow, gurgling or stopped breathing; blue or grey lips and fingertips
- Seizure lasting over five minutes, or repeated seizures
- Chest pain, or a temperature over 39 °C with hot dry skin and confusion
- Vomiting while drowsy — put them in the recovery position, on their side
Call emergency services first, stay with them, and say what was taken — medics need facts, not names.
